Dark Matter has committed to a long-term study into the ever-changing culture of cloud technologies. On our journey of exploration, we have collaborated with global technology brands and government bodies to provide educational thought leadership to technologists across the globe.
We partnered with HPE and VMware to uncover when the term ‘cloud’ became so Clouded. Our journey culminated in an accessible, industry-wide, global documentary called Clouded. This original film uncovered the culture of cloud, how it is perceived, how technologists should develop cloud strategies and how, ultimately, putting the right workloads, in the right place, for the right reasons rings true.
Dark Matter developed a full campaign strategy and deliverables to launch the film into market. Clouded continues to gain traction and momentum. It has not only had a significant impact on the cultural framing of the appropriate use of cloud, but it has also carved out a movement for radical honesty around technology.
